We want the Grumplet Hoodie to be the coziest way you have ever held your baby. If it isn't, you have 30 days after delivery to ask for a full refund.

How to return

Message us through our contact page with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
We will reply within 48 hours with the return address and simple instructions.
Items should be clean, unused beyond trying on, and sent back with all parts (hoodie, baby suit and any add-ons you want refunded).

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong size, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
