Products

We try to show our products and colors as accurately as possible. Small differences in color or fit can happen because of screens and handmade sherpa materials.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are charged when you place the order and ship within the time shown on the product page. You can cancel before shipping for a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Discounts and bundles apply only as shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if a payment cannot be verified.

Safe use

The baby section fits babies from 3 to 12 months and up to 22 lb (10 kg). Always keep a hand on your baby when you bend down, keep your baby's face visible and never cook or handle hot drinks over your baby.
